Return and Refund Policy

TNPSC Academy’s Return and Refund Policy for Books & Test Series

Easy Returns & Auto-Pickup from your Location

IMPORTANT : Return & Refund only applies to Books & Test Series sent as packages to your address. Return & Refund does not applies to Online Live Class & Online Tests. The return & refund policy given below comes under our Terms of Services & Privacy Policy.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product (Books or Test Series) within 7 calendar days from the date of Delivery of the product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return / refund.

How to Initiate a Return / Refund?

Step 1: Contact our customer support @ +91-7904003050 / +91-7904000029 (10.00 AM to 06.00 PM) and request to arrange a return. You may be asked to give details about your order like Order Id, Email Id and Mobile No.

Step 2: We will initiate a return pickup from the original delivery location. When our courier representative arrives, handover the product in good condition.

Step 3: After receiving the product, we will initiate a refund to your payment method, if it is good condition.

Note that, the shipping cost will be reduced from the original paid amount as our products comes with Free Shipping and it is done on our end.
